Is it built from a template?
No. Every Blueprint starts from how your business sells: your customers, your team and how you win work. It's confidential and tailored to your business.
How long does it take?
Usually three to twelve weeks from your yes to handover, depending on how much we build. You'll see the timeline in writing before anything starts.
What does it cost?
The Discovery call is free. The Sales Audit is a small upfront investment, credited toward your Blueprint if you go ahead. The Blueprint itself is one fixed price, in writing, before anything starts.
What happens when you finish?
We hand everything over and walk your team through it, so they can run it from the first day.
